Be respectful
- Disagree about a tile, not about a person. No abuse, threats, bullying or hate based on religion, caste, gender, region, language or anything else.
- Do not post sexual, violent or shocking content.
Share honestly
- Keep records, bills, rates and payments true. Do not upload fake bills, edited receipts or false quotes.
- Do not present an AI image as a real photo. Follow our AI content policy.
- Do not spam, advertise or ask members of a project to deal outside it with false promises.
Protect privacy
- Add people to a project only if they agree. Do not share someone's phone number, photo, address or documents without their permission.
- Avoid photos of people. Room photos for AI previews should show the room, not the family.
- Do not add anyone under 18 as a project member.
Respect other people's work
- Upload only drawings, designs and photos you made or have the right to use.
- Do not copy or scrape the catalogue, other people's projects or our content.
Follow the law
Do not use Nirmand for anything illegal, including fraud, tax evasion, or content that is banned under Indian law.
What we do when rules are broken
- Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, warn you, limit features, or suspend or close the account.
- Where the law requires, we report matters to the authorities.
- If you think we got it wrong, reply to our message or use our grievance process; we will review it.
Report a problem
Write to ops@nirmand.com with what you saw, where (project, screen or link) and, if possible, a screenshot. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 days. Content showing a person in a sexual act or with nudity, or impersonating someone, is removed within 24 hours of a complaint.
