Yes. Creating your project, browsing, shortlisting, inviting your family and keeping records are free, within the Free-plan limits. You pay only for Bricks, which power AI previews, and, if you want the limits removed for a project, for Pro. Your first project comes with 5 free Bricks. See pricing.

Family members, your architect and your contractor. On the Free plan a project can have up to 5 family members, and up to 25 with Pro. Contractors and architects are not counted in that limit.

Take or choose a photo of your room, pick a product such as a tile, laminate or paint, and Nirmand shows that product on your own wall, floor or ceiling. It usually takes 20 to 40 seconds and uses 1 Brick.

They are a strong guide, not a photograph. Colour, texture, size and lighting can look different in real life, so always see a real sample before you buy. Read our AI content policy.

A Final Look combines several of your approved previews into one image of the finished room. It uses 2 Bricks at 1K, 3 Bricks at 2K, 4 Bricks at 4K, depending on the size you choose.

The Brick comes back to you automatically. You do not need to ask.

Your photos are visible only to you and the project members you allow. To create a preview, the photo is sent to our AI provider without your name, phone number or email. We never sell your data. See our privacy policy.

A Brick is a credit for AI features: 1 Brick makes one AI preview. Packs start at ₹999 for 60 Bricks.

No. Bricks stay in your project for as long as your account is open.

No. Bricks belong to the project you buy them for. You can buy a pack as a gift for a family member in the same project.

Pro removes the Free-plan limits for one project for 365 days: unlimited documents, bills, payments, expenses, work issues and Family Voice groups, up to 25 family members, downloads and sharing, and 10 bonus Bricks. While a project of yours has Pro, you can also create more projects. Pro costs ₹2,600 per project.

No. Nothing renews or charges you automatically. If you renew early, the new 365 days are added to what is left.

The project goes back to the Free limits. Nothing is deleted; you just cannot add more beyond the Free limits until you renew.

Choose the project, pick a Bricks pack or Pro, sign in with your Google account and pay with Razorpay using UPI, a card, net banking or a wallet. What you buy is added to the project as soon as the payment is confirmed.

No. The price you see is the final amount you pay.

Banks sometimes confirm a payment a few minutes late, and our system adds your purchase as soon as it is confirmed. If it is not there after 30 minutes, write to ops@nirmand.com with your mobile number and the Razorpay payment ID.

Purchases are final once they are added to your project. You get a full refund if a payment failed but money was taken, if you were charged twice, or if what you bought was not added to your project. Read the refund policy.

Only you and the people you invite. Members can see the project's shared information; some records, such as the payments you record with your contractors, are visible only to you.

Follow the steps on Delete account & data. We delete your account within 30 days.
